Weekly Arts Series - KCET/PBS SoCal

From 2022 to 2023, I served as the lead producer of KCET/PBS SoCal’s Weekly Arts series, which told the stories of the diverse and unique artistic voices of Southern California though a short documentary format for digital distribution across multiple platforms.  The series dove into how each artist, exhibition, or organization’s work confronted and responded to both the beauty and systemic challenges faced by communities in Southern California.  The series received many accolades, including an LA Area Emmy Award, a National Arts and Entertainment Journalism Award, and multiple Southern California Journalism Awards from the LA Press Club.
